Bride

We were engaged on July 13, 2015.  Wayne could have not planned a more romantic engagement.  After all, nothing says romance like "Paris." We were visiting Las Vegas and Wayne had secretly made reservations at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant at the Paris Resort and Casino.  Upon our arrival, we were wisked up the elevator to the 11th floor as the restraurant sits more than 100 feet above the bustling, glittering Strip. Next, we were ecorted to our table adorned with long-stem red roses nestled in the norhtwest corner of the restaurant where floor-to-ceiling windows gave us a spectacular view of the Bellagio Fountains.  Our waiter ensured we were comfortable and started us off with some drinks while we looked over the menu.  After we had made our dinner selections, we were enjoying the sunset and the watershow of the Bellagio Fountains when our waiter brought out a plate adorned with red roses, a replica Eiffel Tower, and the words, "Will you marry me?" written out in chocolate.  The replica Eiffel Tower was actually a handmade Eiffel Tower ringbox with a tag that read "Marry Me."  Wayne then got down on one knee to propose.  Of course, the answer was, "Yes!"  After that, it was hugs and kisses.  A photographer on staff was readily available to capture the moment on camera.  Our meal for the evening was from the tasting menu along with a wine pairing.  The first course consisted of warm lobster salad with creamed corn, double smoked bacon, and basil.  The second course was a warm New York State foie gras with poached rhubarb and alsace spice cake.  The third course consisted of pacific halibut, mini ratatouille along with sauteed kale and bercy jus.  The fourth course was veal medallions, soubise, braised fava beans, with a wild mushroom fricassee.  In addition, we enjoyed a composition of french cheese, spiced feuilletine, honeycomb, and toasted walnuts.  For dessert we selected the Eiffel chocolate plate along with the souffle.  It was all simply wonderful!  The food was great, the service was exceptional, the view was amazing, and it was an evening we will never forget.  What a romantic and memorable experience!
